Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellations must be sent in writing to pps2027@tue.nl. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are processed after the conference.

Until 1 July 2027: full refund minus a €75 administration fee
2 July – 15 September 2027: 50% refund
After 15 September 2027 or no-show: no refund

Substitutions: Registrations can be transferred to a colleague free of charge until 1 October 2027. After that date, a €50 fee applies.
